What's the craic?

Roish, so I haven't been here for ages. And I don't think I will appear here for another while, cause I'm moving to another Web Space at some point. Just after I finish putting all of my CDs on to external HDD, use those CDs in some artwork, finish 2 other crochet projects I started, sort out my head a bit and start kitesurfing again.

I haven't kitesurfed since Achill Competition. Which was... a while ago. There was a story before about my 7m - that is still in non-working condition, but is just about to get fixed. And there's no point going out on my 11m to be underpowered in gusty, freezing wind.

There you go. I've been out snowkiting one day though. And I have tickets booked for Tampere, FI, to go snowkiting with my Latvian friends in February. I've heard there's some snow coming towards Eire - so i might just pack up my snowboard and 11m and find a field somewhere in the coldest part of Ireland. That's if it holds until weekend.... Great thought though.

Here's a pic. It was fun. And I bought a helmet cause I thought I was going to jump and do stuff - but believe me it's soooo hard to do with the skis... It's like jumping off the toeside. I still haven't figured out how to pop!

And just to make me quite happy about it - I watched DIMENSIONS (on replay, about 8000 times) - and even snowboard folks say they can't figure out how Bjorn Kaupang does what he does. The video is sweet anyway - for gals that is. So much waffle from the cutest guys in snowkiting. Guys will come back for Entropy and Something stronger though - as there's way more action there.
