Roish, so the crochet blazer. As I said before (typed doh!) it was finished, but the sleeves had to be done. Now, it actually is gonna take me so much longer to finish it.
I decided to put some mother of pearl buttons on the sleeves, since they were a different color. I got an idea from this. Cool idea huh? Well... it took me around 4 hours yesterday to do just 3 rows. I did it a little differently from the one in the link, but that's where I got an idea.
And I have a bag of 500 mother of pearl buttons plus 200 in another size, and I think I'll need some more. So Ebay it is today...
At the end it's gonna be a cool blazer, and hopefully it's gonna last, cause of so much effort put into it.
Oh, also the pearly nature of the buttons gives it almost Burberry feather look which is really cool.
I so can't wait to finish it. And I probably need to put some pictures up before I do so :D
